Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a condition that is constant over a long period of time. It is believed to be the result of dysfunction in the central or peripheral nervous systems. Symptoms present usually in the arms or legs, which manifests as pain, swelling, limited range of motion, and changes to the skin and bones. It may initially affect one limb and then spread throughout the body.
